Books waiting to be written
« on: September 03, 2013, 07:49:44 PM »
Who do you want to see a book on?  Pic someone that either has been neglected or someone who has a book but has been poorly written.  Since there are thousands ( ;D) of Robert Johnson books it is time that some others get some love.

I think a book on Bukka White is just waiting to be written.  Hell BB is still around to give valuable information as well as so many people from the rediscovery period of the 60s.

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Tom-Ashley-McGee-Bukka-White/dp/1572334347/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1378290800&sr=1-1

The above is still available and if not a full length biography is still an excellent read.

On a more serious note what about a book on R.L Burnside?  If someone has lots of time to dig there might be all kinds of gems to turn up researching Ishman Bracey.
