'How Happy I Am' by Andy Cohen
« on: September 17, 2010, 05:58:19 AM »
This is my favorite Rev. Davis song:

This was a wonderful concert, and Andy's performance of this song was more than transcendent.  It's amazing what 50 years of playing, performing and loving this music can do when combined with the true genius of the music of Rev. Gary Davis.  The audience was filled with friends new and old.  We all came together, singing, clapping and loving this.  This is what I strive for in performance, to unite the audience in the moment with the joy of life.
