Shot in New Ireland!

Wow!

That was some hot ragtime playing! How do you do those lightning speed triplets?   :o

Wonderful playing.
Were those portraits of your persona commissioned?

Funky sounding guitar - love it.  Great playing too, timing is wonderful - I don't usually like the cascade of triplet pull offs (I play with a guy that does it too often, imo) but it fit very well.

The new headdresses you are wearing in the photos is an improvement too!  :P

That is a treat Mr. O'Muck!  Your guitar is tuned low, you like it so, and you have a ton of ideas.  Great!
All best,

Nice playing, and very cool art.  I'd never seen art from that area before.  I found this link to some great photos of some very fine examples.

Thanks for the good words all. Pan I never knew that was a triplet before, thanks. The loose string tension helped me get up to speed. I tuned down both E's to  Bs and the rest in their relative standard tunings. This after a discussion on twelve string tunings here. I got curious how some of these would work on a six string. This guitar being my 1946 Gibson LG2 or 3. The neck needs work so its hard to play at normal pitch for anything other that slide. Quite funky and easy to play, but it loses a great deal of its beautiful sound this way. Love the New Ireland pix Davek!
