Should I be doing this....
« on: April 28, 2009, 09:00:25 AM »
I really don't know, I still might knock it on the head  ::)

However, I thought it might push me on a bit to try and get things a mite more (consistently) up together  :-X  the tune is Kansas City Blues and do note all mistakes are played with great confidence  :P

I am still not conviced I should be doing this yet, but give it a try, tricky getting angle right to show the machine and not me  :-X

Richard,

Of course you should be doing it! A creditable performance, nigh-on perfect timing, some nice slide moves, good tone... what more can I say?

Marshcat

Ps. But if you should 'knock it on the head', don't forget your good friend here at Dunslidin', the Retirement Home for Unwanted Nationals  >:D

Yes Richard- you should.

The development in your playing and singing, as evidenced by this clip, is enormous.

Stop all this negative stuff and get on with the playing. You have nothing to be ashamed of.

By the way, Marshcat and Blueshome don't need any more shiny metal banjos. Don't you remember you said I could have it for a fiver??

Right, be positive and so I shall! So, to continue and to that end here's another one on a little something I made earlier  :P

Thinking about this I have reasoned that the great thing about going worldwide  :-X is that it is pushing me to achieve better, although of course that is not always attainable. However, unlike playing live when the moment (good or bad) is gone that moment (again, beit good or bad) is sat on MrYouTube's site to remind me to get up to the next level.

So much for lateral thinking  ;)

Excellent job - you just keep getting better and better.  Plus it's a proper wooden guitar*
