I stand guilty of reinventing the wheel, for which I apologise. Nine months back MJT3 drew our attention to the MKA index here

BH, Thanks for the reminder re the existence of the index (which I just might have been able to remember under really intense interrogation) and for calling our attention to the fact that MKA updates it annually.
