« on: February 04, 2005, 11:17:23 AM »
Sorry, not a review, but just noticed this on the PWBL. Stefan Wirz provided this link to the listing on the Jazzology site. Thought ya'll might like to know.
All for now.

I suspect they are. There are 3 titles I don't recognize from the Fat Possum and out of print Arhoolie releases.

River Blues
Uptown Blues
Let The Deal Go Down
Good Times Blues
Down To The River Jordan
Something Just Keep A-worryin' My Mind
The Saints
Goodbye Baby Blues
Frankie & Albert
Rolling And Tumbling
Traveling Mama Blues
Fare Thee Well Blues.

River Blues, Uptown Blues, and The Saints are the ones I don't remember being on those other discs. A double-check with Stefan Wirz's discography is in order. Unfortunately the song titles change from release to release as well. I wish someone would release the entirety of Joe's postwar recordings on one disc.
