My main guitar is a New Era Roy Book Binder signature model built by Tony Klassen. That's the one I play everyday now and it just keeps getting better. I also have a deep bodied 2001 Tacoma PM15 that I use for occasional solo/duo gigs.

And I want you to take this to your grave, to your grave. No matter how good you sound, you don't sound good to somebody. And no matter how bad you sound, you sound good to somebody. Most of your criticism comes from people who can't pick their teeth, can't pick nothin'™. They say "He can't play, but they can't do nothin'"". Trust me now, don't ever sit down playin' to entertain, to satisfy your audience, because anything you play ain't gonna satisfy all of them anyway. Currently, an "Emperador" (Matsumoku) Jumbo 12 string, Gretsch Roots Collection 00, and a little old Regal standard size from the ~30s, all birch.
Here is my acoustic wall.
I am a (frugal) guitar freak as well as a blues fan! I don't have an all-time fave - I go mad on one guitar for a few weeks - then it goes back on the wall and another takes over! I also have an Aria ASA-18 in my bedroom. Annette Two are Lin Hong versions of Recording King models but I have fun faked one as a Stella and the other as a Kalamazoo.
Typical of me to fake up a cheap guitar as a cheap guitar. I like my Jim Dandy.
Added a tailpiece cos I had one spare for purely aesthetic reasons. I've seen a few posts about sides splitting. Annette I hear good stories about that 189 dollar Gretsch Jim Dandy, is it true? I really like the Recording King Justin Townes Earle model but I've got too many already! These are my (frugal) archtops.
Some play good acoustically some really need amplifying! Annette I like my Jim Dandy. How would you rate the Jim Dandy against a high end Martin or Gibson? Dont know - never owned a high end guitar!
Nearest I got to a Gibson was a Kalamazoo KG14. Most expensive guitar I've ever had was a Beltona Tricone. Well, hope you sold it for a good price like this one (if it was ever sold),
Beltona Tricone Resonator https://reverb.com/item/15824091-beltona-tricone-resonator-1994-brass-nickel Lots of comments on the Gretsch Jim Dandy like "it sounds just like the old blues records" Gretsch Jim Dandy I think I paid 1900 for it from a shop.
I sold for a few 100 quid less after about 5 years. This was in the days before China - my Johnson Tricone was 230. Annette
