I saw some cross-eyed people, I saw a man was so cross-eyed that when he cried tears ran down his back. I saw a man, Bill, with his eyes so near the top of his head, when he get ready to see he had to pull off his hat - Sonny Boy Williamson on cross-eyed people

The very last cover of the day (I promise!), a smidgen of Hobart Smith's Pateroller.

I enjoyed those performances, and the sound of that old Harmony!

The old Sovereign's been thru hell and back, but, the tone! When I found it in a garbage dumpster a few years back, the strings were rusted, the neck had been given a "poor man's reset" and was barely playable past the 5th(!) fret. But the tone that it gave was just amazing! On that basis alone, I decided to rescue it from an end in a landfill, and just work on it slowly. I'm glad I did!
