This is a reposting of an older version I did of the song, here called Twelve Sticks on Six.
http://www.myspace.com/mromuck (http://www.myspace.com/mromuck)
Its the third song down.
There's another one called Twelve Sticky Graduation Marches on the soundclick player further down the page.

Love it - breakneck tempo :)
-
I thanks ya.
-
I'm switching to kazoo.
-
Only in addition to. Keep on' pickin' UB and tenks.
-
Well done, Phil. There's a lot more to playing these pieces than just hitting all of the notes. IMHO, you really have captured the spirit and feeling of this one and it comes through in your playing. You really bring it out.

We here at O'Muck enterprises express our gratitude for your kind remarks. ;)
-
:)liked that a lot, together with all those other muckophonic offerings - next: how about some muckovision?
-
I'l spare all of you having to gaze upon my middle aged mug. :P
-
No, no I like the idea of the MuckaVision :)
-
Come on, O'Muck, stop mucking about and give us MuckoVision in all its mucking glory!!
-

Looks like that vid's set to "private" unless I'm missing something...
-
I'm getting that too! :'(
-
Whoops, sorry. Can I set it for something less than public so Weenies can see it but mot everyone in the world?
-
OK I set it for public, temporarily anyway.
-
This should do it.

sounds great as always, mr. o! i'm diggin' the hat.
yeah, unfortunately the private setting on youtube is limited to viewing by 25 of your youtube friends. they oughtta adjust that.
-
Your flat is much nicer than I imagined - except you need to get the heat turned on so you can take off the hat. :P
Also, feed the cat. :P :P
(Seriously, a pleasure to watch you play!)
-
Thanks Mr. Slack, but you have no idea the trouble i went through to get Fuzzball the quat to come in on que! :)
-
Oh - it's you! ( ???)
That's mighty fine slide playing. I'm very fussy about slide players - some people have it and to my ears most don't, but you've definitely got the feel . Very enjoyable. More please - preferably with a smaller hat next time...
-
Thanks for this -great stuff!
Since you quite obviously have a lot of talent on visual things as well, maybe working with video will grow on you? Let's hope so anyway.
Greetings to Fuzzball as well.
Cheers

*makes a mental note not to play any slide at the weenie weekend* :D
Very good indeed Mr O'M- sounds uniquely yours, but still has all the swing of the Reverend. (reverend bit obviously about the first song in the thread- not the video !)

Why do you think I kept playing tenor ukulele this year? As one who is musically somewhat inept, I'm more than happy to listen to you, Slim and all the other star players who turn up.
-
O'Muck - was that video done with your Mac computer?
-
That's an excellent look you got there, M. OMuck. Great touch with the slide and a right hand thumb like Popeye. I like the Beethoven extendo ending too. M. Fuzzball sounded like he joined in for a moment in the middle there.
-
Excellent and congrats to Fuzzball on his\her\it's film debut as well.
What was the guitar it sounded really nice?
-
Thanks one and all. The camera is a tiny JVC Evero hard disk jobby. I downloaded that to my son's newer better i-mac into i-movie via USB cable and then straight to youtube. The guitar is a 1946 Gibson LG-2 or 3. There are pictures of it somewhere on the forum. It has three extra sound holes courtesy of a past conversion to electric guitar-icity. It lived and probably froze in a barn in Maine for years. The freezing and extra sound holes account for its swell tone I think. Fuzzball is a 15 pound polydactyl Maine coon cat with 7 toes on his front right paw and 6 on his left. He is an attack cat and bare legged excursions to the kitchen are punishable by scratching post leg treatments, complete with blood loss and hurled expletives. The hat is from Lapland, the sun glasses from Rite-Aid, the plastic horns and chain from Halloween Adventure, the rain slicker from LL Bean and the scarf from my wife's closet. I'd like to thank the academy....... ;D

It was worth the nagging, wasn't it, folks? Great 'dead thumb' playing, great slide, great flat, great hat, great cat. More please.

Yes, except now Witness Protection will have to relocate him again.
