James Lowry - Early Morning Blues

It was 4 o clock when mornin' and the blues came rollin round
It was 4 o clock when mornin' when the blues came rollin round
well it roll too doggone fast and it soon all over town

I was thinkin bout my baby everything she said
I 's thinkin bout my baby everything she said
I was all bout myself and I won't nobody "else?, there?"

Yes I love you baby and I love you for my own
Yes I love you baby and I love you for my own
T'ain't nothin in the street mama you can't get at home

Yes I love you baby and I love you too doggone hard
Yes I love you baby and I love you too doggone hard
"Took all my money child  love is only me and god" ?????? help

yes you know I love you baby why you treat me so unkind
yes you know I love you honey why's you treat me so unkind
say you keep me worried bothered all the time.

And for those who might not be familiar with this song or James Lowry, it is on the excellent Virginia Traditions: Western Piedmont Blues compilation and available for requesting on the Juke.
