I think I'll stick with sprout - it makes more sense to me and it rhymes with out. Also, it ties in with the line about being planted and not coming out.

J I agree with "sprout" 100% – I think that tagline might be:
Now you can have a-fully planted me, but I swear I'm not coming out. In other words, that he's laid the groundwork for taking advantage of her, but she's not blooming for his benefit. Chris Chris's suggested tagline for the verse matches the sound of what Minnie sang much better than what I suggested, and has a meaning more consistent with the first two lines, as well.
