I reckon Bobby Grant falls in this category.  He had two titles only, with "Nappy Head Blues" a slide number in Spanish and "Lonesome Atlanta Blues" a slide number in Vestapol.

I believe John Lee Ziegler, from the George Mitchell Collection, is a player who played slide in both Vestapol and Spanish tunings.

I think Walter Beasley fell into this category.  He plays in Vestapol on almost everything he did, but Spanish on one or two tunes.
