It's been pointed out to me that there are pictures of Little Brother in very similar dress on the cover of Matchbox LP SDR-23 (see entry 21 in Stefan Wirz's Little Brother Montgomery discography) and on p.92 of Karl Gert zur Heide's book Deep south Piano.  Unfortunately, the LP's photo credits simply say "supplied by Little Brother Montgomery", and I can find no photo credits in my copy of Deep South Piano.
