Thank you folks for the posts. I'm the one with the dobro and singing on the recording. You probably know that this song hails from Yank Rachell but two covers got famous, Taj Mahal's and The Blues Bro's'. I heard this song for the first time from a Finnish guitar/harmonika duo led by Juha Kartano. I got a demo cassette tape which had this tune and that's what we rearranged.
Thank you for encouraging. I heard this song for the first time from a Finnish guitar/harmonika duo led by Juha Kartano. The guitarist would be Jonne Kulluvaara, if I'm not mistaken? A fine duo it is: http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewprofile&friendID=300965156 You do a nice version of this song, the Tuba is simply great Cheers Pan galcsababoogie
I heard this song for the first time from a Finnish guitar/harmonika duo led by Juha Kartano. Yes, they are the ones. We met them in at the Dobro Festival in Trnava, Slovakia as they have it on the page. I didn't even know that they still work together. I'll give them a shoutout. Pages: [1] Go Up
