That link goes to the Folkways Arhoolie home page, and I can't find any anniversary concert in my searches there.
However, a Google search brought more joy. This link looks good.

Hi All,

It's listed on facebook but I can't find the exact info as to where it will stream on December 10th on that page. I listed myself as going so maybe, since its listed as an event, it will stream there or more instructions will come in. Looking forward to it, especially Sugarpie Desanto who is now 85 years young.

On the poster on the page that Dave posted the link to (http://arhoolie.org/anniversary/), under where it says "Tune In," it gives the URL for that page. My guess is that as the bewitching hour approaches, there will be some kind of "Tune In / Listen Live, etc." button  added to the page. I signed up for the "email reminder" and I assume the "Reminder" may contain more specific info re: how to tune in.
