It was along about that time that Blind Lemon Jefferson came through, and he stayed around there about a month. He stayed with the other colored fellows and they worked on the railroad there; he'd just sing and play to entertain the men in the work camp. I think that right about there I started on the guitar - Hobart Smith recalls Lemon in Virginia, c. WWI, from Blacks, Whites and Blues by Tony Russell

Besides my Blues Revue Quarterly issues, I have this sale, just started. Plenty of blues material spread throughout these issues.

I also have some old beat up Guitar Player issues I can throw in if you are interested. And a good condition Fall 1990 Guitar Extra magazine that I probably bought for the transcription of Hot Tuna's Hesitation Blues or T-Bone's Stormy Monday.

Any interest? Message me. Thanks.
