Hello everyone
I found a great site the other day and i think you will all love this one if you ain't seen it allready its a must for all blues fans, but all so some great folk fiddling and more,there is over 20 streaming films must be at least 10 blues related old ones as-well (an amazing pegleg SAM one) lomax films as-well as uncle Dave Macon banjo films, these films provide fascinating incites into everyday life back in the days, there is two much for me two remember but iv been watching all week end ,cheers peeps and enjoy.

Hee, hee, it's what we over here in the 60s used to refer to as Franglais - a mixture of French and phonetic English. In this case

tres = French  for "very"

kewl = phonetic of "cool"

Very Cool

Funny thing, as a french guy I was confused with it too. I thought that "tres kewl" was one of these slang words used in those english forums, and that I never understand  :P !

thanks for clearing that up for me, did anyone get a chance to take a look at some of these films yet iv just been looking again and they just amaze me black delta religion,is great and the film of old prisoners singing work tunes ,but i just keep watching born for hard luck,pegleg SAM its so funny in places, i could watch these all day even the ones not on the blues the film about the old logging camp is also a remarkable document and very moving to does anyone know of any similar sites i would like to know, cheers
