[Bull City] Red pulled his hat down over his eyes and said to her, "Cora Mae [Fuller's wife], I didn't get but one letter from you when I was in Virginia." To which [Blind Boy] Fuller replied, "Well, that was one too many." - Bull City Red, from an article about Richard Trice by David Menconi in the Raleigh [NC] News and Observer, 24Jun98
As one who has fooled around with the EAEGBE tuning and had the pleasure of a briefer class with John discussing the tuning at Port Townsend, I would say sign up or hand in your guitars. Enlightenment awaits.
EAEGBE really is a fun tuning and I suspect a bit more common than one might think. Then DGDGBE tuning on top of that. Cool workshop.
Hi all, One last bump on the Workshop since it is coming right up, next Sunday. Enrollment information can be found at my website, www.johnmillerguitar.com, in the Teaching section. Thanks for your time. All best, Johnm
