A couple corrections.

The 2nd line doesn't repeat the 'My daddy left me" line but instead just says 'Oh, he left me with this'. Also, I hear that third line as 'Says, don't be uneasy son it be a long time fore you go'.

I think you've got the 'try to keep her from carryin' it back' line correct.

This is a minor change but I hear 'I'm just a mill man's son' instead of 'I'm just the mill man son'

I hear this line 'Since you told your honey sweet baby, just like my daddy done'
As 'Since you told me you want it fixed baby, just like my daddy done' (This change reveals quite a clever line, indicating that he doesn't want to talk since the woman revealed she prefers his father's method of grinding.)

I also hear the 'Many nights' lines as:
'Many nights I rambled & I stayed out the whole night long
Many nights I rambled, stayed out the whole night long
Tryin' to teach my woman
how to do right from wrong'
