Title: Ernie Hawkins workshop
Post by: uncle bud on January 25, 2005, 09:45:50 AM: Ernie will do a concert and workshop in Harrisburg, PA, for the Susquehanna Folk Music Society on February 12. Can't beat the price at $14 for the workshop! I'd investigate whether Ernie will be doing the CAGED thing he does sometimes at workshops, so you know what you getting into.

Exactly, it's that Thunderdome concept. Two workshop students tossed into a cage with National guitars. Whoever comes out alive wins.

I couldn't for the life of me explain the CAGED system, but yes there's stuff on the web somewhere...
