Guitars of interest I encountered today

An early decaled Galliano with pearloid fingerboard and a 1930's Dobro square neck resonator both from Carmine Street Guitars here in NYC. I would buy both of these if money were no object, or even conceivable.

There's a wire story making the rounds today about the upcoming auction of part of Hank Risan's collection:

1.5k on the Dobro & 2k for the Galliano. I imagine there's some wiggle room.
