The song pitch is Eb, standard tuning E position, with a killer riff by Memphis Minnie is my guessing because of the difficulties of the intricate playing that riff and the singing altogether and a bass line by Joe McCoy.

You got most of it - I re-transcribed it below with changes in CAPS. It does sound like he fumbles a bit on the 5th verse and it seems like the end of each of the couplets should have been switched (that's a TAKE, boys!). O'ER is synonymous with OVER. SOT is a rural pronunciation of SAT - Lemon uses it, too.

Totally forgot about this song...  a re-imagining of Maggie Campbell...  and it sure sounds like Carl Martin on fiddle:
