The Blood of Jesus

This 1941 film was a new one to me and I would suggest if you are into similar things ancient then download a copy, the mp4 file is fine.

Lot's of period type scenes, lot's of gospel and even some Black Ace on the soundtrack. However the best bit is the scene about three quarters through when Satan is driving a lorry   >:D  with a nice little band playing - it looks to me as though Black Ace is actually in playing rhythm on an up tempo number.

Enjoy!

Hi Richard:

Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

You should also watch "Go Down, Death!"

I picked up the DVD "Movies of Color" several years ago that has them both.

As you can see from the Amazon page, some films in this genre have been reissued on DVD. I'll have to poke around a bit to see what else is available on the web.

Thought it was worth the post, now I'll  give "Go down, death" a try!
