Probably not much in the way of blues here, but this article:

mentions that this new website

has over 6,000 cylinders from the pre-electric recording era (188?-191?) online for your downloading and listening pleasure. Reading between the lines a bit in the article, there may be some "roots hokum" in the collection, which is said to contain a lot of minstrel songs.
