Boy, everybody's bin asking me one damn thing or another. I'll sing you something from that record when I get out there. You're here to hear me sing, ain't ya? - Lightnin' Hopkins responds to a young Alan Balfour's request to sign an album sleeve

Its high time I found the courage to play solo for real people rather than the cats....  So this is the first step!

Slim - sounds good, particularly I like a couple of the transitions betweent the different medley parts.  What guitar are you playing there?

Thanks.  The more I listen to the recording, the more imperfections I hear- but that's life!

I'm playing a Martin D-1.

Hey Slim

Sounds good to me... Of ocurse we are always very critical of our own playing but no one cares if but you if you hit a worng note or take a short cut here and there... Personally I did not hear much wrong with that. I to like the fact that you transitioned between various players songs, obviously your own work.

See you in Bracknell!!

Of course it could just be that I only know bits of each of those tunes and pieced them all together to make a whole !  ;)

Very nice Slim, a few stutters her and there but overall a very nice piece - they say performance is a completely separate skill from playing - so congratulations on your debut.   :)

Cheers,
slack
