...I can think that, well... my voice will change, I'll be John Hurt on this song, I'll be Skip James on that one, I'll be Tommy McClennan on that one. How many voices you got? They're going one style, one kind of sound from their area, and singing in their voice - Jerry Ricks, Port Townsend 97

Hi all, great board... and nice job on the Weeniepedia too!

I checked out Geeshie Wilie in the Weeniepedia and didn't know that she was on record for more than the two cuts on the Crumb soundtrack and the two on Early American Women Blues Singers.

Does anybody happen to know if it is possible to find these two anywhere?

Motherless Child Blues
Over To My House

Thanks, and very nice site. I can see that a lot of work has gone into it.

Ahh thanks spike.  Something haunting about that Geeshie & I would not have found them under Elvie Thomas.  Good to see that Revenant is still going strong... Fahey must be smiling somewhere.

And thanks to Slack also for the welcome!

Is Geeshie Wiley available? Let me know if you find out; she's my historical dream girl. Last I heard she was dating Charlie McCoy...
