I taught a banjo workshop at the Equinox Festival in CA on Sunday, and instead of providing tab or anything like that I told the attendees I would make a video reviewing the basic concepts I taught. So I thought I'd share it here, too, if anyone is interested. It's a quick beginning lesson on old-time thumb-lead two-finger banjo picking using the song "Groundhog." It's a great style on banjo and not too hard to pick up, especially for guitar players. So I hope you enjoy! (Any questions, feel free to ask.)
