It is not often I get to announce a Country Blues concert in my neck of the woods.   

LAS CRUCES ? Blues artists Steve James and Del Rey will perform at 8 p.m. Oct. 19 and lead guitar and mandolin workshops at 11 a.m. Oct. 20 at the Mastery in Life Center, at 575 N. Main St.
