Received this today:

Blues for Hard Times

Thursday, Mar 18, 2010 - 3:00 PM  KEXP 90.3 FM & kexp.org on demand

KEXP Documentaries presents Blues for Hard Times, a series that traces the blues from its rural roots into many streams of American popular music. Produced in conjunction with Larry Starr (Music History) and his Spring 2010 Wednesday University course on the blues, this week features Stormy Weather by Ethel Waters. For more on the Wednesday University course, visit the Seattle Arts & Lectures website.

I don't know anything about the lectures or radio programs, but they just may be worth checking out.
