Sonny boy Williamson - It's Raining Outdoors Baby
Accompanied by Lennart Nylen guitar and Sture Nordin bass, filmed Copenhagen Nov 1963.

Two other songs were performed - Who?s Gonna Take Care of You and Have You Enjoyed My Play? A ropey video of all three was floating around the UK in mid 70s.

Hi all,
This is from the first Watson Family album on Folkways, Doc Watson is joined by his older brother, Arnold, on harmonica and harmony vocals.  I sure love the way they sound together.
All best,
Johnm

Nice. Ya got good taste there Mr. Miller. That tune definitely comes under the heading of more than the sum of its parts. Its amazing to me that he's still out there, the other pillar of Guitar giantism of the great folk scare period, the other being Gary Davis. How is it possible that no one thought to bring them together for a recording session? I think John Hurt & Doc were recorded together.

Hi all,
Here are a couple of videos recently posted of Dan Gellert.  What a musician!  He is one of very few musicians I've heard whom I feel should be recorded every time he picks up an instrument.  Who needs that kind of pressure and attention, though?  I'm just glad we can hear some of what he does.
All best,
Johnm

I first heard Dan Gellert on a compilation called "American Fogies" which has some excellent tracks.

I like the quasi-African sound of the fretless banjo.
