To my knowledge (and great surprise) these vids featuring Son House have not appeared in this thread. Let me know if I'm wrong about that. They're great, made in Seattle in 1969. He doesn't look real comfortable in this setting, but once he starts playing, he doesn't hold back.
Many of you have already seen these vids, which were made by the Seattle Folklore Society (different from the blues performance films made by the University of Washington Ethnomusicology Department).
