Topic: 13-56's on a single cone

Hello guys

I was wondering if its ok to leave my single cone in E standard when using 13-56's. I normally bottleneck in open g and d. I've recently discovered a new tuning called standard tuning. Haha. Anyways since I have a truss rod I assume it'll be ok to leave it in E standard for extended periods of time. Thought I better check and see what y'all might think.

No problem at all with a modern instrument, I've  used 15-56 as well as 13-56 on my '95 NRP style O for years and very often leave it in standard at concert pitch. If its a vintage guitar then it shouldn't be a problem if everything is in good order, if in doubt get your luthier to check it.
