I thought, 'I'm gonna get me up a one man band.' ... I decided I'd get into it and might make me some money. I didn't know, I thought I might get lucky enough to get something out of it. If I didn't, I'd just be the same old Jesse. I wouldn't cry about it. I figured I was gonna live till I die anyway - Jesse Fuller

"Up jumped Nisaba" Blues, no.2 (gtr. & vcl.)
« on: March 23, 2016, 11:47:03 AM »
Hi all,
Here is my re-interpretation of some  Faustian themes of peetie Wheatstraw and Robert Johnson's.
I've titled it deliberately remind  listeners of   the line "up jumped the Devil", except instead of the Devil it's about a winged goddess at the start of History in Sumer.

I've also got some other songs on soundcloud available for free download!
Feedback would be very welcome.
Thanks in advance,

George
