Both the guitar and vocal are quite nice.
My only critique would be that I'd personally like to hear it with the microphone a little closer to your voice and a little further from the guitar -- so the voice in on top instead of the guitar (or, if you're using two mics, turn the volume down just a little on the guitar). Then, perhaps, add another instrumental break to show off the guitar. Right now, the guitar sort of overpowers the vocal, and I think the vocal is good enough to deserve more prominence.
