I didn't like the way he sang. He was my brother, but he just had a way (Sings) 'Saddle up my pony, hook up my black maaaaare...' I didn't like that!... Now he picks good, but he just brings that song out, like there's somebody choking to death - Sam Chatmon on Charley Patton, from Giles Oakley's The Devil's Music, BBC
all this talk of kazoos has made want to start gettin down to learning/playin 'em .. finally rigged up a rack thingy .. thought i would try it out on a tune I am working on, still new and rough, but thats how ya like them 'round here? , I don't think anyone has covered it and uploaded it on to the net to my knowledge!
I liked that . Nice swing to it. Driven by music rather than "correct" playing (not that the playing wasn't correct). The Kazoo is slammin'! And that's a beautiful guitar. What make is it?
