Very enjoyable. Nice video too.

Now that was nice!
I use to play that some years back, lost it somewhere, so I guess I'm gonna' have to sit down with your vid and relearn it. :D
Thanks,

Good stuff and what a great song. Nice wee guitar too - what is it?

Ditto the above comments - and nice sofa as well!

Thanks guys....appreciate the support....that is a 1923 Gibson L-2...a few years before they went to the flat top version in 1926, this one is a really good one, no need for neck reset, all the original bridge, pickguard, nut....just fun to play ...24 1/4 inch scale...guitar neck joins the body at 13th fret...just a unique one.....Sofa is red leather,...lol...

Welcome to Weenie, wilyfool. Sounding good. Agree about the guitar and sofa too.
-
I've owned or played a few of those era guitars, although not that nice, and your recorder did a surprisingly good job of capturing that wonderful character they have.
-
A very nice rendition of one of my favourite songs.

Yeah, I like that plunky "banjo" kind of sound these old L-2's have. I have learned that I have to play these archtops way differently than the flat tops....but I love them...
