Will Shade Gravestone Benefit
« on: January 08, 2008, 07:56:00 PM »
Hi everyone,

We're having a benefit concert to buy a gravestone for Will Shade, who was buried in a pauper's cemetery when he died in 1966. Headliners are Charlie Musselwhite and the Carolina Chocolate Drops. If you can make it to Chicago, it's going to be a great show! And if you can't, please visit the site and sign our guestbook:

This event is tomorrow and sounds like the place to be if you're in the Chicago area. There's an article in the Daily Herald here:
