That's supposed to be a funny song - Muddy Waters on Hoochie Coochie Man, to Dave Van Ronk, as told to Elijah Wald, Escaping the Delta

Blues Around Midnight, McTell
« on: September 01, 2012, 03:57:05 PM »
A McTell tune played on my Jumbo Stella that I've always wanted to learn. Many thanks to banjochris for unearthing and sharing the Rosetta stone of McTell tunes and tunings.

I love WeenieCampbell!

Wow, that was great!
Has a true Blind Willie vibe to it.

Super job!

Thanks everyone for your kind words.  Now if I could only figure out how to reduce the file size to accommodate the attachment limitation without compromising the quality/integrity of the recording.

I agree with the other posters, that was excellent and your singing really is McTellish. I also think Weenie Campbell is fantastic.
I met a woman she was a pigmeat some
Big fat mouth, I followed her home
She pulled a gun and broke my jaw
Didnt leave me hard on, I didnt get sore
