Side Street Steppers: "Keep My Skillet Good & Greasy"
« on: June 10, 2011, 01:51:38 PM »
Normally I would post on the Back Porch, as me and my band are nowhere near pros.  But this video certainly is professional quality - the guy that filmed it asked if he could do a (free!) video of us to build his portfolio, and he showed up with a super hi def camera that cost more than our house!!!  So anyway, here is me, my wife (on the homemade banjo uke I made for her) and the rest of the Side Street Steppers making Uncle Dave Macon roll in his grave by playing "Keep My Skillet Good & Greasy" jug band style on slide guitar, banjo uke, bass and washboard.

Enjoy!

The music's great, the girl's are gorgeous, and it's very generous of you to donate your time and skills to a needy film director!  ;D

Absolutely great.  Loved it.

The band are making a really good noise and I'd gladly go and watch them.
