Publication of a book
« on: December 03, 2017, 04:51:38 AM »
I just published a book, ? Charlie n?est pas mort en vain ? Le blues en h?ritage ?. It takes place in the 30s, in rural Mississippi Delta, and tells the story of a 17-year-old boy from Greenwood who will discover the blues, meet some of the greatest bluesmen of his time in Ruleville, Cleveland, Tutwiler or Clarksdale, and eventually become the heir of Charlie Patton. But before that, he will have some troubles, he will be charged for murder, detained in Parchman Farm, among other things ! Of course my book is written in French, but it?s devoted to the finest american music style, I mean the blues, to those who made and still make this music, to their culture and traditions. So please, even if you can?t read French, please spread the word? Maybe some publisher would be interested in translating it ! Thank you so much !
It's a self-publishing, online or paper edition, and i's there :

It's my first novel but not my first book, I wrote and translated about fifteen others books on various topics, and I especially collaborated to :
"" and "".

Thank you very much and have a nice day
