He [Ted Bogan] was playing with picks that you put on your fingers and I didn't like that as an accompaniment, so I made him throw them away and I told him I would play the lead and he would play the accompaniment - Carl Martin on hooking up with Ted Bogan (Blues & Rhythm #218 Stompin' In Knox County)

My first experiment with youtube. I've recorded my version of Brozmans version of RJ's Com on in my kitchen. Hope you like it. I'll put up more stuff later, which isn't as much a Brozman ripoff as this.

Thanks for posting, skeptiktank. Some fancy reso tricks you've got going there!

YouTube is rather amazing...

Yeah! Nice playing. And I like the kitchen setting and the art on the wall. Cool.

Really nice playing. And I thought I was good at ridiculously long endings...  ;)

You're clearly an accomplished player - so why not play like yourself and not like Brozman??  I like Bob's Hawaiian stuff, but find his rather manic approach to blues a little out of place.

There's clearly loads of slide stuff on there.  Check out my friends Rag Mama Rag, one of the finest acoustic blues-based acts on the European circuit.
