I was researching the song "Trouble In Mind". Remembered a Frank Hovington version in my collection (I have the "Gone With The Wind" album).
Did some more digging on Frank Hovington, stumbled on the video, and the first song he plays; "Trouble In Mind". Life is good.

I am glad I popped over to this forum today!  Frank Hovington's Rounder album was one of the first country blues LPs I ever owned, one of three I bought pretty much randomly in 1981 (the other 2 were the Blue Goose LPs by Larry Johnson and Shirley Griffith).  These three LP's sparked a love of country blues which I have carried with me for (ugh) 40 years.

The second song he plays, 90 Going North… I play it in open D.  But I see him playing in dropped D. He plays it again later in the video, in a concert.

Thanks for sharing this video with us!
