I would say that Boogie-Woogie was the bad little boy of the rag family who wouldn't study. This Saturday (Nov. Eric and I will celebrate the release of our new CD, "Dream Shadows" with a concert at Freight & Salvage in Berkeley. The opening act is a Greek rebetika group, the Disciples of Markos with special guests (from Seattle) Hank Bradley & Cathie Whitesides. The Freight is at 1111 Addison (near San Pablo) in Berkeley.
