Assuming,that the guitar Blind Blake is playing,in the photo,is not borrowed or a photographer's prop,are there any guitar collectors/dealers out there that have some insight or educated guess as to what it could be.
Also,40 plus years ago,a guitar ,known as the Lemon guitar,was doing the rounds in my hometown,it definately looked like the guitar in the photo,but wasn't that easy to play ,so got passed around.Never seen one since,but was told one surfaced in London,a year or two back.That guitar was a Jetal,an old french musical instrument manufacturer.Have seen a couple of mandolins,with that brand.Could make sense,New Orleans/Texas...stranger things have happened.
