"We" are Kai voc and harmonica and me (Torsten) guitar.
We met about a year ago and are busy working on a program to maybe perform from time to time.

Blues and especially this kind of acoustic blues is not very popular in Germany.

I'm tempted to point out that acoustic country blues is not very popular anywhere, including the USA. But I won't do that.

That's why we're here. Popularity is hugely overrated. Everybody thinks so. SAD!

What Rivers says is true. It also applies here in the UK. A long way from you, but are you familiar with the work of Willie Salomon from Regensburg or Barry Denyer from N?rnberg? There are small pockets of fans and players all over the world. All you have to do is find them.

Don't be "afraid": we both will never stop playing the blues. What I meant was, that it is very hard to find people who share the passion for the blues and not only that: who really feel it and are able to play it!
There are many musicians in Germany playing elektric blues not to say blues rock, which I also did for years.
But my real love has always been the love to blues of the twenties, thirties and fourties.

I was looking for someone for years and years and then finally I found Kai - and he would say, he found me! He as well always played electric blues but dreamt of playing acoustic stuff too.

So at last we were lucky to meet each other.
