Dating an old Kay guitar

Does anyone know how I could date an old Kay flat-top?
 I just bought this old flat-top that all solid with straight bracing
 and it really smokes! I'd love to know the date!

Show up with flowers and chocolate?

There's some info on Kays here http://www.provide.net/~cfh/other.html. Mostly archtops but some flat-tops.
