This song was covered by a famous rock and roll musician who became a folk singer because he can afford to - Roy Book Binder, introducing Delia, a Gary Davis song

Thank you Stefan. I like your website by the way.
Mike, it's not Big Joe. You're close. I'll take a stab at Willie Dixon posing with a borrowed guitar just to confuse everybody!
LoneWolf
No:)
By the way, on Youtube.com you can find a video of Willie Dixon play an acoustic guitar... But he wasn't very good at it:) Need a clue? LoneWolf
YYYYYYYYYYYYYEEEEEEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!
We have a winner!! Have you ever heard Booker with an electric guitar? I didn't... I reckon this photo was taken in the 70's.. As a rewardfor the right answer, it would good if someone could do something to prevent Richard appearing at Guersey Campbell withat bl###**** banjolele thing!
Seems to have more hair than the blues revival era BW. Shot in the late 50s / early '60s perhaps? Looks like he's playing a Teisco Del Rey or similar. I wonder where and when it was shot?
This is Booker. This photo has been around before, I think it was taken in the late 60's,very early 70's - come on Mr.Bunker!

Maybe it's not his hair? Maybe it's a hat? Something like the hat on Keb' Mo's head in that photo:
(Not EXACTLY that hat, but something similar...) What I thought was strange in that photo is that he doesn't have a slide on his finger:) But that's definatley Booker.. Comparing other shots it looks to me like he might have broken his nose at some point, his schnozz in this photo is a dead ringer. He must be wearing a beret, did he ever tour Francais?! Maybe he borrowed Stefan Grossman's . . .

FWIW Sylvia Pitcher was the photographer and taken backstage at the AFBF, Hammersmith Odeon, London in 1967. As I recall the guitar was that belonging to one of the other participants but I might be incorrect in that. mississippijohnhurt1928
That Doesn't Look Much Like Bukka.
