Topic: Unwound thirds

I've only dabbled with the song, but its near impossible to do the bend with a normal third, and suddenly quite possible (though difficult to get right) with an unwound .20  

I love unwound 3rds.  Have them on all my guitars now.  I did swap back to a wound on my dreadnought, but the finger-squeaks when sliding that string annoyed me too much and I've swapped back again.

yeah, i think i always attributed it to superhuman ability on patton's part.
