Hi all,
I recently found Lovie Austin accompanying Ida Cox on "Chattanooga Blues".  I wondered if folks knew other artists that she accompanied, or where she was from.  I'd appreciate any information.
All best,
Johnm

I know Johnny Dodds recorded with her on at least a few sides.

In 1923, Lovie Austin decided to make Chicago her home, and she lived and worked there for the rest of her life. She was often seen racing around town in her Stutz Bearcat with leopard skin upholstery, dressed to the teeth.
