Not sure if the back porch is the right place for a piano but here we go.....

And to the performers: You know, this show wasn't nearly as bad as I had expected it to be - Steve Cheseborough, Port Townsend 98, emcee at participants concert

Is that you playing the piano Harry? The piano is great! The vocals are as well. Thanks for sharing.

Great playing, Harry! If you can play piano like that, why on earth would you waste your time on a GUITAR?!? Amen to that! Great playing, Harry! If you can play piano like that, why on earth would you waste your time on a GUITAR?!? You're both saying that the piano is a more superior instrument than a guitar? The guitar has its charms and its place in popular culture, but the piano is a heavy, heavy instrument (literally AND figuratively). If I could play piano like you do, I would spend WAY less time with various twangers.
Yes, really nice job, Harry. Left hand sounds great, pounding it out, and it's really great how much you vary things in the right hand. Let me guess--you didn't start playing piano last month?
All best, Johnm Thanks guys
Let me guess--you didn't start playing piano last month? I play piano for about 15 years now. Guitar about 12 years. I consider both instruments to be equal. They both have infinite possibilities. Great job, now we want more piano on the back porch! Thanks Pan, Anybody play blues piano on this forum? Post it if you want. Maybe I should post another one. A piano boogie or something.
